Enter the site from via the Home Page.
From
the Home Page, navigate to the Affiliate/AffiliateAgent Home
Page by "left clicking" the word "Affiliate" or
"AffiliateAgent" on the navigation bar.
The navigation bar is located above the graphics and text and
below the main logo area. (This navigation bar can also be
used to access the Saver, affiliate/affiliate agent or
Channel Partner areas of the site).
If you are new to
the site and wish to Register for the first time please
complete the section headed New
User Registration ,
If you are a
returning visitor (having already Registered) and wish to Login to use
the site please complete the section headed "Login".
To "Register" as
an Affiliate/AffiliateAgent on the site you will need to enter
your email address (see below) and a password (see below) into
the boxes headed "Email" and "Password". On entering a
password you will be required to re-enter the same password to
ensure that no errors have occurred whilst entering your
password.
Having entered your Email and Password
details please "left-click" on the button headed Register . You will then be taken
to the Registration
Page in order to register further details
about your company and any authorized users of the
system
If you do not have an email address "left click" on the button headed "Need an Email Address?" from where you will be taken to the Microsoft® site on which you can register for a free-of-charge Hotmail® address. On obtaining a Hotmail® address please return to the Affiliate /AffiliateAgent Home Page and continue with your Registration by entering your Hotmail® address as your email address.
As a security precaution, in order to avoid anyone
who knows your email address signing-in as you, you are
required to enter a password that only you will know. It is important that you keep this password
confidential or only share it with an Agent who
has your express permission and authority to use the system as
if you were using the system yourself. (Please refer to the
Affiliate Terms and Conditions to understand those obligations
which remain with you should you chose to share your email
address and password with an Agent).
The password can
be alphanumeric (i.e. a mixture of letters and numbers) and
can be up to <20> characters long (minimum length
<6> characters) and is case sensitive (i.e.
distinguishes between upper case and lower case letters). It
is important that you chose a password which is not
constructed from information which would be easily accessed
(or guessed) by a third party.
Should you lose or
forget your password you will be able to access it again via
the "Lost
Password" facility (see Help
Index).
Note:
No member of the WashFM
team will ever ask you for you password either by email or
over the telephone.
To "Login" you are required to
enter into the boxes headed "Email" and "Password" the email address
and password you entered at the time of your Registration
- or any other password that you may have changed your
original password to via the "Change Password" function
(see Help Index).
Having entered your Email and
Password please left-click on the button headed Login. You
will then be taken to the Affiliate/AffiliateAgent Index
Page from where you can Develop, Design,
Plan, Manage and otherwise control Advertising Promotions and
Promotional Campaigns.
If you have completed the
Registration process successfully and have subsequently
forgotten your password you can recover your Password by "left clicking" on the words "Forgotten Password" (located
in the Login portion of the Affiliate/Affiliate
Agent Home Page) from where you will be taken to a Help
Screen.
In this Help Screen you will be asked to
re-enter certain details - including that "Memorable Data" (see Help
Index) selected by you during the Registration process.
Successful re-entry of that data will result in your Password
being emailed to you.
Should you fail to recall the
data requested in the Help Screen you will have to re-register
in order to use the system and access to any Promotional
Offers and Promotional Campaigns previously uploaded by you
will not be allowed.
For this reason it is very important that you endeavour to use a Password and Memorable Data which you will be able to recall.
